Exchanges and Returns Policy
RETAIL RETURNS
Don't worry if the size doesn't fit or if you don't like it! Exchanges or returns with Canoan are secure. You have up to 30 days to exchange or return your item! This includes the entire process from request, shipping, arrival in the country, to receiving your voucher for a new purchase or refunded amount.

Return/Exchange Period: You have up to 30 days to exchange or return an item, covering the entire process from request, shipping, arrival in the country, to receiving your voucher for a new purchase or the refunded amount.

Request for Exchange/Return: Must be made within 10 calendar days after receiving the package, by email (canoanusa@gmail.com) or by phone/message +1 786 254-1590. Please inform us if you wish to proceed with the return, including your order number and the carrier you will be using. Canoan will then provide you with the correct return address (headquarters in Florida, Miami).

Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information. Canoan is not responsible for lost/missing returns.

Condition of Items: Items must have internal and external tags, be free of any signs of use, and returned unused, unwashed, with both internal and external original tags attached, stickers, and folded in the original packaging. Damaged items showing signs of use or not complying with Canoan’s return policy will be rejected, and the item will be returned at the customer’s expense, or a 20% damage fee per unit will be deducted from the refund.

Processing and Refunds: Once your return is received, please allow 2 to 3 days for processing. After processing, we will send an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment; please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account or for your exchange to be sent out. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Manufacturing Defects: Canoan guarantees its clothing to be free from manufacturing defects for the first 30 days, provided you follow our garment care and washing instructions. If you believe you have received a defective product, please email us with an image of the defect and your order number before returning the item, so our production team can review it.

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Sale Items and Gift Cards: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Return Transportation Costs: The cost of return transportation is the responsibility of the customer, and the refund issued will be limited to the product price only.
